Privacy Policy

Invoice editing, total calculations, and PDF generation run locally in your browser. The current application does not send your entered invoice details or uploaded images to an application server for processing.

When you choose Save invoice or Save & close, your invoice details and any included images are stored in this browser's local storage under the key violet-invoices. Saved invoices remain on this browser and device until you delete them or clear the site's browser data. They are not synchronized between devices.

You can delete individual saved invoices from the dashboard. Clearing the site's browser data removes all locally saved invoices. Downloaded PDFs remain wherever you save them and must be deleted separately. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to access your saved invoices.

The current application code does not set cookies or include analytics or advertising services. Local storage is used for saved invoices; it is separate from cookies.

PDFs are generated using html2canvas and jsPDF, which run in your browser. Fonts use your device's system fonts. Loading the website still requires requests to its hosting provider, which may process technical request information such as your IP address according to its own policies.

Portfolio, GitHub, and LinkedIn links take you to third-party websites when you follow them. Those websites have their own privacy policies. Email and phone links open your chosen email or calling application.
